“ Hi there, I'm new to meetup...I saw that you were talking to another person about citronella collars...I'm getting a new chihuahua and I live in an apt, so I'm very concerned about her barking, since the breeder told me she's quite yappy. The pet store told me that the collar would be ineffective on a dog that small, because she will be 6 weeks when I take her home, so quite small. Do you have any suggestions? When did you start using one on your chi? ”
